Indianabob, Do you put the parchment paper in the pan along with the
dough or so you just dump the dough?
In response to the Artisan Bread in 5 posts, I have both those books.
I'm in a group that's baking their way through the second book,

What I like best is to see what other people are doing with the
dough. Everyone bakes the same dough and then does whatever they want
with it and there are some very creative bakers in this group!
