Just wanted to throw in my 2 cents about pizza on the grill. I grill them on a pizza stone protected by a aluminum cookie sheet - preheat the stone to 650 for a minumum of 30 minutes - and in 4 minutes baking have a perfect pizza - single step. Also half and half OO flour (KA on line) with bread flour and ripening the dough overnight in the refrigerator produces a richness of flavor and texture in the crust that is as good as any pizza made, anywhere!
