2 ounces brown rice
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup warm water
14 ounces bread flour -- 420g
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons dried active baking yeast
1.In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce
heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain.
2.Place cooked rice and remaining ingredients into the bread machine
pan. Select cycle; press Start.
