To Cindy Smith, who asked about a recipe that calls for gluten.  Is 
it possible the recipe was calling for Vital Wheat Gluten?  Examples 
can be found on Amazon.

To Celene Valentine, who asked about raising bread in the fridge.  I 
can't speak about all bread recipes, but I have made regular white 
bread and put it in the fridge for its final rise in a loaf pan.  I 
have also done this for sticky buns.
