2 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup cold butter -- (1 stick), cut into pieces
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Place flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and red pepper flakes in
food processor. Process 10 seconds. Add broccoli and butter; process
until mixture forms coarse meal, scraping down sides once.
3. Place mixture into large bowl. Add cheese and milk; stir until
combined. Lightly knead mixture to form dough.
4. Divide dough in half. Press one dough half into 8" circle. Cut
into 8 wedges; place on baking sheet. Repeat with second half of dough.
5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
