Re: the Cuisinart stand mixer.  Gary, I have the 7 qt. Cuisinart mixer and
I love it!  I bake all our bread as well as a couple of dozen bagels 
a week and it handles everything beautifully.  My only complaint is 
that it's noisy, but I can live with that.
