I just got the Cook's Illustrated Cook Book, and was wondering about some of the bread recipes. If anyone has tried them, I'd like to hear how they worked out. 1 1/4 tablespoons of instant yeast for one American Loaf Bread, beer and vinegar in the Almost No-Knead Bread ... ? Thanks in advance.
