       1/2           Tsp  baking powder
       1/4           Tsp  baking soda
       1/4           Tsp  salt
       1/2           Tsp  cinnamon
       1/4           Tsp  nutmeg
       1/4           Tsp  cloves
       1/8           tsp  ginger
    12              tsps  sugar
    2              tbsps  applesauce -- at room temperature
    1                     egg white -- whipped
    1                tsp  vanilla
       1/2             c  pumpkin
    1                 sm  apple -- peeled/shredded
       1/4             c  raisins

Preheat oven at 350F.  Prepare 6 muffin tins with cooking spray and flour.

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, 
cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. In another mixing bowl, combine 
sugar, applesauce, egg white, vanilla, pumpkin, apple, and raisins.

Add dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until 
moistened.  (Batter will be dry.)  Use an ice cream scoop to fill 
muffin tins two thirds full.

Bake, 35 minutes or until browned.
