1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup evaporated skim milk
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups whole grain white flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Make a well in the center and add wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Pour into greased 8x8" pan.
Bake at 400F (205C) for 20 - 25 minutes.
