The last ingredient says

1              ounce  beer -- (recommend trying a pumpkin ale)

Looks to be a bit dry with 3 cups of flour  --   could it be

1         12 ounce bottle beer  (recommend trying a pumpkin ale)


Looking forward to making this with Alaskan Pumpkin Porter.   It 
comes in a 22 ounce bottle so my wife gets a glass and I get to make bread.
