Bread-Bakers v114.n014.5

I recently read "somewhere" - sorry, I wish I could remember where! - 
that bread should be stored in opaque bags or containers, such as an 
old-fashioned bread box, because light encourages the growth of 
mold.  I haven't really tested it out to any extent, seems like all 
of our homemade bread has been going pretty fast lately!  Hope this 
is helpful...
