Real southern cornbread just doesn't have flour in it...it's made as 
Andies recipe shows...no flour and  in a hot...very hot skillet...the 
recipe seems perfect or close enough to me after watching all my 
southern relatives make it for as many years as i can remember and 
I'm 75 years old..
