1 lb loaf:
1 1/2 Tsp Yeast
2 C Bread Flour
1 1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 C Quick-Cooking Oats
1 Dash Salt
1 1/2 C Warm Water
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Molasses
Put all the ingredients into your bread machine and push START.
When done remove carefully to a rack to cool.
Don't cut into bread until it is cooled down or it will smush the
bread (smush is technical word!!)
Variations: just use 3 1/2 C of Bread ... Flour-no WW flour...or
replace the molasses with maple syrup...or add 2t of Cinnamon and
2/3C Raisins...tastes great!
