1 cup skim milk -- luke warm
2 tablespoons warm water -- (110F/45C)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 1 hr
Ready In: 1 hr 15 min
Makes 1 1/2 lb loaf
Serves: 15 slices
Whole wheat bread with no added sugar, low salt and low fat too!
Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order
recommended by the manufacturer.
Select lightest setting; press Start.
Remove after the beep sounds.
Place on a rack to cool.
