Hi, Sorry that somehow an error crept into step 19 of the laugenbretzl recipe. it involves the reheat temperature. Here is the correct step 19: 19. Let pretzels cool on a rack. They taste best shortly after being baked but can be frozen and reheated in a 325 degree oven. they taste wonderful when split and lightly toasted on a bagel setting.
