I'm asking this from pure laziness. I LOVE sourdough breads BUT I don't want to deal with retained starters. Might you have a recipe where the sourdough starter could be initiated 1 or 2 nights before baking day ... and then used completely? I'm also a huge fan of no-knead breads if one of those might fit into the above category.
