These delectable Cheddar Biscuits with Chive Butter are a family 
favorite. Just as delicious as Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits 
without all the expense. Don't skip the easy chive butter as it 
really pushes these drop biscuits off the chart.

Prep: 15 mins
Cook: 20 mins

Preheat oven to 450F. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper.

For the chive butter, in stand mixer with paddle attachment, cream 
butter. Add chives and mix until smooth and incorporated. Set aside.

For the biscuits, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in 
medium bowl. Cut butter into flour mixture with pastry knife until 
butter crumbles. Mix scallions, cheddar and Parmesan into flour 
mixture. Pour buttermilk into the bowl and stir just until combined. 
Drop by large rounded spoonful's on to the cookie sheet 
(approximately 1/4 cup).

Brush tops with egg wash. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden 
brown. Serve with chive butter.
