                    Bread Machine Mustard Focaccia Bread

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
      2/3          cups  Water
   1         Tablespoon  Olive Oil -- or Canola
   3        Tablespoons  Mustard
   2 1/4           cups  Bread Flour
   1         Tablespoon  Sugar
   1           teaspoon  Salt
   1 1/2       teaspoon  Active Dry Yeast

Place all ingredients in bread machine in order listed above and 
select dough cycle.

When the dough is done, remove dough from pan, roll out on a greased 
cookie sheet and let it rise till it doubles or around 10-15 minutes.

Bake at 400F for 15-18 minutes.
