   4               Tbsp  buttermilk powder -- (3 Tbsp)
   3                  c  bread flour -- (2 c)
   1 1/2            tsp  salt -- (1 tsp)
   1         Tablespoon  oil -- (1/2 Tbsp)
   1         Tablespoon  sugar -- (2 tsp)
      1/2             c  Parmesan cheese -- grated, (1/3 c)
      1/4           tsp  basil -- dried, (1/4 t)
      1/4           tsp  oregano -- dried, (1/4 t)
   1 1/8              c  water -- (7/8 c)

Light crust setting.

If you have buttermilk, replace the water with the same volume of 
buttermilk and omit the buttermilk powder.
