Bread-Bakers v123.n003.1

I was floored to see a recipe for Gael's Focaccia. Not too many of us 
out there who spell it GAEL - everyone misspells my name as Gail, 
Gayle, or Gale, but my mom loved her Irish heritage so went with 
GAEL. I'll have to bake this if only for the name! (Plus, it sounds 
great!)
