X-mas Zoji with loud clank...

We got a Zoji from King Arthur Flour in early December, 1995.  It makes a
loud clanking noise during the kneading cycles.  Just got notified by King
Arthur that this is not normal and they are replacing our Zoji.  It appears
Zoji left out a part!  So, if you got one last year and it makes a loud
noise, call Zoji directly for a replacement.
