Bread-Bakers v096.n009.12

I have a Presto bread slicer but instead of buying the electric knife I use
my GINZU knife. It is great, even for warm loaves. We love warm bread. There
are excellent wooden ones which take up less room and even a plastic folding
model of the slicing frame. I prefer the wooden ones, but alas they kept
landing on the floor and breaking. (don't ask 8-(.)
