Hi Carl.  I have been using Tupperware canisters for my flour and sugar for
years and find that they are very air tight.  Another nice feature is that
they are stackable and, if anything should ever happen to them, they will
replace it for free.  If you don't have a dealer in your area, I believe I
have seen a home page for Tupperware on the net.
