Bread-Bakers v096.n025.8

I've got some Semolina Flour that I got from a Deli about a year ago.  Do 
you think it's still good?  How long does flour last if kept on the kitchen 
shelf in a sealed container?  I got the semolina to make pasta w/ and now 
want to use it in a Zoji bread maker.
