   2      C             Flour
     2/3  C             Sugar
   2      Tsp           Baking Powder
     1/2  Tsp           Salt
     1/2  Tsp           Baking Soda
     1/4  Tsp            Ground Cloves
     1/2  C             Egg Beaters® 99% Egg Substitute -- *Note
   2      Tbsp          Icbinb-Light -- Melted,**Note
  16      Oz            Sliced Peaches -- Canned, Drain, Chop,
                        Reserve Juice
     1/2  C             Confectioner's Sugar
   4      Tsp           Peach Juice -- From The Reserved

*NOTE:  Original recipe used 2 regular eggs
**NOTE:  Original recipe used regular margarine

Grease and flour a 9 x 5" pan.  Preheat oven to 350 deg F.  Mix first 6
ingredients; add eggs and melted margarine.  Fold in chopped peaches; mix
for about 2 min at med speed of electric mixer.

Pour batter into pan and bake for approx 1 hr, testing for doneness.  Cool
completely.

Make glaze by blending confectioner's sugar and 4 tsp reserved peach juice.
 Pour over cooled loaf.

Serves 8 - 10
