This is really the very best recipe of Jalapeno/Cheese Bread I've ever
made.....I hope you enjoy it...

                          Jalapeno Cheese Bread

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
   1      cup           milk
     1/2  cup           sour cream
   3 1/4  cups          bread flour
   1      teaspoon      salt
   2      tablespoons   sugar
   2      tablespoons   margarine or butter
   2      teaspoons     yeast
   1      tablespoon    dried chives
   1      tablespoon    cumin
     1/2  cup           monterey jack cheese -- shredded
     1/2  cup           mozzarella cheese -- shredded
     1/2  cup           red bell pepper -- chopped
     1/4  cup           jalapeno pepper -- chopped

Place all ingredients except cheeses & peppers in bread pan according to
your machine's instructions.  Set for White bread & start.  When the
beeper sounds, add cheeses & peppers.

NOTES : My loaf came out too high with 2 tsp. yeast, so the next time I
tried 1 3/4 and it was much better.
