Bread-Bakers v097.n080.6

I love this newsletter for bread baking info.  It seems that any time someone
writes in with a question, they find the answer here.

I am beginning to expand my baking to include pastry as well as bread.  Does
anyone know of a web site that focuses on pastry baking?
