Bread-Bakers v099.n059.2

Hi,

I am new to the list and have learned much already.  It is great.
I was excited to find the Zojirushi Whole Wheat Bread recipe, I want to try
making it but I don't know what tofu white powder is or where to get it.
Ed or Carol Kessner can you give added information please??
