    I heartily agree with Melinda about Donna Rathmell German's bread machine 
books.  I love 'em.  I would also recommend the following books by Donna:  
"Edible Pockets for Every Meal," "Flatbreads From Around The World," "The 
Best Pizza Is Made at Home," and, although it isn't baking-related, "The 
Pasta Machine Cookbook."
