Sacramento.
I was just at Trader Joe's in Sacramento, the BEST place to shop for lots
of good things. You'll find King Arthur flour there at excellent
prices. My favorite, white whole wheat flour, is less there than in the
King Arthur catalogue (which also adds on shipping charges). I didn't
notice bread flour because I wasn't looking for it, but I bet they have
it. (Not sure about SAF yeast that you're looking for. Sorry.)
