Bread-Bakers v101.n002.4

I, too, have been trying to come up with a roll similar to this as it is my
daughter's favorite! Nothing I have tried however has come close. As far as
baking...I have used my pizza stone, put water in the bottom of the oven
and added tablespoon of rye flour to my roll recipe....all of which are
supposed to give a "crusty" crust but I still haven't recreated these
rolls. I hope someone has a recipe. They are delicious!
