Reply to Melissa Milos: I can't tell you how to add it to bread but if you
mix 2/3 vegetable oil to 1/3 liquid lecithin & paint it on a clean grill
there is no worry about delicate fish sticking to your grill. That stuff
is liquid Teflon! Good luck!
