White Ranch Bread

3 1/4 cups Flour
1/3 cup Dry Milk
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Powdered Ranch Dressing Mix
2 tsp. Instant Yeast

Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Add:
1 1/8 cup Water
1 Egg, beaten
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

Mix well. Turn out onto a lightly floured works surface and knead until the
dough is "ready." Cover loosely with plastic wrap and allow to rise until
double, about an hour.

Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead briefly. Form into a loaf
and place in lightly oiled loaf pan. Allow to rise until dough crests over
pan, about 30 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 30-40 minutes or until an instant
thermometer reads 180 F. Allow to completely cool before slicing. This
recipe may be doubled.
