Bread-Bakers v102.n035.2

There's been several posts on overnight rises. Could someone help me out on 
this? This would be perfect for me...our mornings have been cool, and I'm 
usually up by 6. This way I could get back into baking before it got too hot.

I use a bread machine to do the two kneads, then finish by hand. Appreciate 
any help you can give!
