Bread-Bakers v102.n048.4

Has anyone got a recipe for the Paradise Bakery and Cafe dark wheat 
bread?  I visited Arizona a couple of different times and enjoyed the 
sandwiches made with this bread so much, but have been unable to find a 
recipe that comes close to duplicating it.
