Jay, I'm not familiar with the bakeries in Oahu since I live on the Big 
Island, but another member of this list lives there and might know.  I'll 
let Larry Geller reply to you about it....but if you come to the Big 
Island, on Hilo side we have a very good artisan baker, Jim O'Keefe of 
O'Keefe & Sons.  I'm sure Jim would be delighted to have you drop by and 
"talk story" with him.
