We tried Ann McCann's rolls (bread-bakers.v105.n044.2) and they were 
delicious. But they did take 10+ minutes at 375 F to brown nicely 
when baked straight from the freezer. They've become freezer staples 
around here, though, because they add such a great touch to weeknight 
dinners for two.
