Bread-Bakers v121.n001.1

I used the Platinum Instant Sourdough yeast in November. The bread 
didn't taste much like sour dough.  However, the conditioners that 
they include in the product caused the bread to rise a higher than the 
other yeast packet types. My family really liked the results.
