1/2 C rolled oats -- any
1/3 C milk -- any kind
1/3 C applesauce -- or 1/2 banana
1 lg egg
1 tsp baking powder
Blend all together in a blender
Spray down your pan & cook on med heat. You can make them small or
big - your choice.
Cook them for a minute oe two on each side until they look done.
Remove from pan and serve with fruit, syrup or whatever is your choice.
