How about a recipe for Russian Black Bread?  I see that it's in the  

DAK Loafing It catalog, but has anyone transcribed electronically?   
Or, for that matter, has anyone typed in the recipes in the DAK  
catalog for us non-DAK (in my case Welbilt) users?
