1 Cup rye flour -- ( 1 1/2 C)
1 Cup bread flour -- (1 1/2 C)
1 Teaspoon Active Dry Yeast -- (1 1/2 t)
A subtly different flavored loaf with a great texture. Slices well for
sandwiches.

1 Pkg Active Dry Yeast
1 C Rye Flour -- medium
2 1/2 C Flour, All-Purpose
2 Tbsp Wheat Germ
1 Tsp Salt
1 C Beer -- flat, room temp
2 Tbsp Molasses
2 Tsp Orange Peel -- grated
2 tbsp Butter -- room temp.
1/4 C Warm Water
Ingredients should be at room temperature.
Liquids (and 'warmed' ingredients) should be at 120-130 degrees.
Add ingredients in order given.
Setting: white bread
