If DAK is truly out of business, try calling your local appliance repair
facility.  Many times, they will have out-of-stock items.  

It's my understanding that the DAK and Welbilt parts may be interchangeable.
 Try calling WELBILT at 1-516-747-9595 - that is their Appliance Parts Dept
number.
