Hi Sharmila,

Time/Life books put out a book in their Good Cooks series on breads that 
is an compilation of bread recipes from other sources. It has great 
tips, colorful and informative photos & illustrations, and good variety 
of breads.  I'm a book collector, and I ran across this at a used book 
store--you may be able to find it in a library.  If you find it, try the 
oatmeal bread!
