Bread-Bakers v096.n040.6

Won't recommend machine,(I love my DAK, but it's out of "print"), BUT - don't
worry about too large loaves - just cut in half and freeze half.  We always
do this in summer because bread molds faster then, but also in winter so we
can have more choice at any given time.  Lots of half-loaves makes for lots
of choice!  YUM!
