This recipe was the result of an experiment with my bread machine..
I was very pleased with the way it turned out ..It had an interesting
texture..If you don't have Sir Lancelot bread flour handy.. you could
use any good bread flour with some vital gluten added..Sir Lancelot comes
from The King Arthur Mail order catalogue..The Number is
1-800-827-6836..I also made a white bread using this flour it was a
very full light wonderful bread.. Has anyone else used this type of flour?
