Bread-Bakers v096.n058.16

Hello.

I am looking for this kind of bread recipes. There is another kind that
is a real soft italian bread that they use to sop olive oil and balsamic
vinegar..I can't even fathom the name. but if anyone know what I am
referring to. I would be grateful for the recipes...
