hi-gluten flour vs. gluten?

Hi-gluten flour is almost the same as bread flour. The only difference is that 
high-gluten flour has between 5 - 10% more gluten. Just use is as you would 
use bread flour

Flour listed by gluten content:

Semolina <------ highest in gluten
High-gluten flour
Bread flour
All-purpose flour
Pastry flour
Cake flour <-----lowest in gluten
