Thanks for your quick response about the rye bread.  Since you're from
Joliet, do you know what I referring to about the great rye breads available
in Chicago bakeries?

This morning I made a rye starter and will make the bread in a few days.  The
recipe is very similar to yours with the exception of of the vinegar and the
cardamom.  Will try yours too.
