Oh, pooh!  Let everybody eat it whenever they want it!

Yeah, it's hard to cut when it's right out of the oven.... but I just sort
of unsquish it after I've cut it, put it on the plate and eat it with a
fork if it's too hot to hold.  When the loaf cools, cut off the ragged end
and feed it to the dog...the rest of the loaf will be easy as ever to cut.
