Bread-Bakers v098.n015.2

Hi,
Has anyone had trouble getting their Zoshi Bread baker repaired.  Mine went
out and I called the repair number.  All I got was voice mail that they would
call me back and then NO RETURN CALL.  This has repeatedly happened.  When I
first called my bread baker was under warrenty.  Now I am not sure.  Can
anyone give me some help with this.  Thanks, Chris
